Scope of service

For the traffic-related development of the new TAO building, the existing traffic structures had to be abandoned and replaced by new roadways. The connection to the public transport network now comes from the south. A roundabout was planned here, from which a 270-meter-long access road leads to the new TAO building. A central plaza/promenade has been created in front of the building and is connected to the campus area to the north exclusively via a footpath and cycle path. Furthermore, Kling Consult planned the construction of a car park with 67 parking spaces and a fire department bypass. The traffic facilities were planned in close cooperation with the KC landscape architecture.

  • Project planning of traffic facilities according to HOAI, work phases 2 to 8
  • Object planning of engineering structures (infrastructure, supply and disposal) according to HOAI, work phases 2 to 8
  • Local construction supervision
