The entire building complex consists of a two-story administration area with office space and a warehouse and logistics hall with storage space, workshop and social rooms. Both floors are connected via a central staircase and an elevator. The two-story office wing comprises around 640 m² and can be extended to three stories at a later date. The centerpiece is a cube clad in maritime pine, which is fitted with louvers of varying lengths. Due to the high sound insulation requirements, the office rooms will be fitted with acoustic ceilings and sound-reducing floor coverings. Above the acoustic ceilings, heating and cooling ceilings will be installed to ensure an optimal room temperature.
