The 3-storey building with a floor area of approx. 45 x 37 metres was erected in reinforced concrete solid construction with a curtain-type, rear-ventilated brick-ceramic element facade in combination with wood-aluminium windows. The upper end of the building is formed by a flat roof, on which a shed roof skylight construction above the three-storey school assembly hall provides impressive lighting conditions. Due to the soil conditions, the foundation of the new school building was constructed in the form of a deep foundation with a pile head grating.
