The main criteria of economy and flexibility determined the architectural design. The design of the hotel rooms fully meets the client's requirements: Rationally arranged "back-to-back" arrangement of the guest bathrooms as well as an efficient solid construction (bulkhead construction) were the core issues of the planning optimization, which allowed the development of the clearly structured floor plans characteristic for a hotel. The standard grid resulting from the room size was applied throughout the entire building. The colour concept is based on the established company CI of the client.
