The project comprised the construction of the new 3-storey office building S50 in modular design for approx. 90 - 95 workplaces with a highly flexible office structure at the site in Ingolstadt. The challenge in the planning was not only to accommodate the space allocation plan and to ensure quality, but also to create and maintain an economical concept as well as the required building physics, the interface to fire protection and the economical construction method.
